I am feeling the slide. I am stalled and fluctuating between 261 and 263. I'm not eating a lot and am not picking but my choices are not adding up.
Yesterday I had my cheesy egg I can get at House of Java. It's two eggs and melted cheddar. It's basically an egg and cheese sandwich less the bread.
For lunch I had chili at A.J.'s but then ordered a piece of pumpkin pie. OK. I can live with the pumpkin pie as long as I have no more bread carbs today. So . . .
It's a cold and blustery day. Chili would be perfect for dinner so I made chili and corn muffins. I had TWO corn muffins. So much for carb control yesterday.
Today I flew out the door and all I've had is coffee. I'm hungry. It's 10:45. I will be leaving at noon for lunch at home. I'll just gut it out (no pun intended).

GrrRRR! I'm going to throw my scale out the window! It's inbetween 203-205! I did 45 JJ's and walked a mile yesterday! UG! This is too slow but I'm NOT giving up! Didn't eat much yesterday, just some tomato soup, and 1/2 subway, eating the other 1/2 for lunch! I was going to make chili too but decided Nah! I don't know what's for supper, maybe a soup and salad! Good Luck Annie!
