
9:30 a.m.
The day started with bluster and rain and tree limbs flying. The energy level in my little corner of the planet is crazed. I'm loving it and I'm loving my day eleven. All is well. Had eggs and cheese this morning again. I think this is my new favorite breakfast.

Later and now evening
The whole day was a little off. I lunched at home and finished my last two soy sausage links. I cut them up and warmed them in a bowl of rice from last night. The evening was mixed up to. Left work early and was very hungry. Had a spoonful of peanut butter and then went to Borders at 5:30 to meet up with Elaine. I grabbed a biscuit as I ran out the door and had a coffee with h/h at Borders.
At 7:30 p.m.
I got home and knew I had to have something. I'm out of veggies and greens. Need to shop tomorrow. Finished the deli turkey and had some swiss cheese with the turkey slices.
I'll do better tomorrow.

Phew! I just took a break from ironing and walked 1,142 steps to burn off 30.4 calories! I have a wraparound porch and outside steps soOo this is my walking track so far! I've had a piece of toast, tea, juice and a too nice bowl of chili with sour cream and lil slices of cheddar! It wasn't that big of a bowl but I shouldn't have added the sour cream! I'm having hamburgers for supper and going to walk my track again! Good Luck Girly!
walked the track again before supper 2,253 steps burning 60.1 calories, I forget, when is it better to exercise, before or after, probably both! As a creature of habit, I had a lil pack of fruit snacks while watching Jeopardy after supper which I ate 2 hamburgers on buns+a lil pattie by itself! Usually, we have fries or onion rings to go with the hamburgers but Jer worked over sooOo it was a later supper and he is trying to watch what he eats too! The great thing is I didn't nibble on anymore snacks after the fruit pack! I think that is where my main problem might be, while watching tv in the evening snacking. I thought of having some vanilla ice cream with a banana and hershey syrup but didn't make any moves to fix it! Phew! I did do some more exercises to try and work off at least one hamburger....but I think I only did enough to work 1/4 of it off! Here's to MORE EXERCISE! ps. did YOU watch the Biggest Loser?!
O! I had to laugh at your spoonful of peanutbutter, I had one too while fixing bread with peanut butter for my squirrels, crows and blue jays! LOL
Two hamburgers and a bunless patty! Thank God there were no fries. You know, Cinda, as I enter day 12 I'm noticing that it takes less to fill me up. I think perhaps it is not so much the amount I'm eating but WHAT I'm eating. I'm going to keep that in mind for the next few days.
At least you are exercising. That's more than I'm doing. I really need to move my rear end.
Nope, did not watch Biggest Loser. We do sometimes but not last night.
