It's a beautiful Sunday morning. Don and I drove over to St. Anthony's for breakfast to support a LifeTeen fundraiser. We got there very late and totally missed the crowd. Yay to that. There was the usual pancakes, eggs, sausage and bacon, orange juice and coffee. The first round was plenty and we had lots of time for good conversation with Tom and Mercedes, the LifeTeen directors.

Had coffee and a slice of toast w/peanut butter earlier in the morning but feeling very satisfied now.

More to come as the day goes on.

When I get desperate, I take a Zone bar and cut it into five or six pieces and eat one small piece at a time, and drink lots of water. They make chocolate Zone bars that really taste good, but don't seem to have a pound of sugar in them. I also have some sort of fruit sitting out on the counter-my favorites are watermelon and apricots. Cherries are almost done, and they get soggy too fast but taste great. Maybe you can think of something along those lines that you personally love to eat.
